ATM Systems (“ATMS”) pioneered the deployment of custom ATM solutions in the hospitality industry in 1996, and has been the leader ever since. Today, ATMS operates in more than 42 states and, in addition to hospitality, services commercial properties and retail businesses. ATMS’ expertise lies in properly blending our ATM solution with a property’s décor. Specific characteristics, such as color, material, and available space are carefully considered prior to the final recommendation. Custom cabinets, or thru-the-wall build-outs, are integral parts of our ATM solution.
Unlike some ATM companies, ATMS is not a middleman or broker.
ATMS provides three distinct ATM solutions/options to clients:
(1) Turnkey Placement, (2) Partnered Placement, and (3) Sales/Leasing.
Turnkey Placement is a FREE solution. It includes a new, state-of-the-art ATM, custom designed cabinetry to match the specific hotel décor, cash, armored services, maintenance, and customized screen graphics to promote hotel amenities and services. The revenue share (for each transaction) paid to the hotel is dependent upon the number of rooms, hotel market, and other amenities, such as restaurants, square feet of meeting space, etc. Though there are always exceptions, in most cases, this solution is reserved for hotels with 200 rooms or more.
Partnered Placement is also FREE. It is best suited for hotels with 200 rooms or less. This solution serves two purposes: (1) it allows smaller hotels to provide their guest with convenient access to cash, and (2) provides a larger revenue share for the hotel.
ATMS provides the ATM, and ALL the same services that are included in the Turnkey Placement, EXCEPT the cash. The hotel supplies and manages the loading of funds into the ATM. Within 24-hours of being dispensed from the ATM, the hotel’s cash is returned via ACH to a business bank account of their choice.
Sales/Leasing requires the hotel to purchase an ATM for cash, or lease. This purchase can also include custom cabinetry. Loading the ATM with cash, and maintaining it, are the responsibility of the hotel. ATMS will provide support 24-hours a day, 7 days a week via our support hotline. Also, ATMS’ website can be used to report problems directly to our personnel, who will promptly respond to resolve the issue.
